UPCOMING CONCERTS & SHOWS

July: Ho Etsu teams up with performing arts ensemble Mozawa and the Chicago Harp Quartet for Y-PORTRAITS: AWAKENING. This triple-collaboration presents Millennial artistic self-portraits through music, drama, photography and more.

August: The Ginza Festival is back! August marks the 60th annual Ginza celebration at Midwest Buddhist Temple in Chicago. Stop by for delicious chicken and heart-pounding taiko.tickets here.

SAVE THE DATE: ROTATIONS

In October, Ho Etsu welcomes On Ensemble from Los Angeles for ROTATIONS, a concert featuring new music from both groups and collaborations between both.

Our leaders Jason and Ryan just returned from a week-long taiko intensive in LA, where they worked with members of On Ensemble and teachers at LATI to develop pieces for our show (read more about their adventures on our Facebook page). They returned home excited and exhausted! We can’t wait to share their efforts with you.
